That's a very interesting point.

I'd be interested in more information about using nconvert in non-mail situations.

I may post a modified statement about what I'm looking for in a bit if I get hands free: I have dozens of separate, independent apps. I'm hunting (while developing) a way to modify only specific design elements, because the apps are so big.
